Greetings to Chittenden County Chapter (ASD) members and friends!
We had a super March meeting with Adhi Two Owls. It was a long trip from Pennsylvania, so she maximized the drive by staying a few days and participating in a Water Ceremony at the Burlington Earth Clock led by Jesse Sunquiet. Adhi almost moved here 15 years ago; she loves Vermont, and was glad to be here.
Adhi began by clearing the space for us. While we focused, closed-eyed, on being centered and raising our frequencies, she walked the perimeter of the room shaking her sacred rattle. Sounds simple, but it created an amazing frequency in the room while the energy of the sound of the rattle bounced and permeated everywhere. The rattle, at times, seemed to be coming from both outside and inside me. It was a treat to start the meeting this way; everyone enjoyed feeling the power of the rattle, one of humankind’s oldest spiritual tools.
Adhi kept chapter meeting attendees enthralled with her method of aura/chakra scans using the rattle. The volunteers lined up to be exposed through this technique, which revealed all kinds of issues and goings-on within our energy fields. Fascinating! She had some of her energy tools for sale; massive turned wooden pendulums she makes herself, for using in ceremony and geomancy; wonderful “batteries” consisting of specially charged liquid in a permanently sealed vial—these were amazingly powerful!; and laminated cards of small mandalas/designs for focus during meditation. Next up, as we’ve previously revealed, is the one and only Elizabeth Williams. A born-with-the-veil psychic based in the Syracuse, NY area, Elizabeth will charm you and warm your heart at our April 12th meeting in Shelburne. But leave your modesty at home, because Elizabeth has psychic sight that can literally penetrate to your bones! Elizabeth has been astonishing people for years with her amazing abilities. We are very lucky to have her come, and you positively don’t want to miss this appearance. (Although, if you do, you can see her again at the ASD Dowsers convention in August at Killington, Vermont.) She garnered a lot of fans in the Champlain Valley when she came to speak at our February, ‘07 meeting, and we’re delighted to welcome her back.
For our April meeting she will do a Transmission Meditation. This involves a guided meditation with the Light Team /White Brotherhood. Then the masters will do a transmission of the “I AM” energy—this is a real frequency-raiser! There will also be time for questions and answers.
Group work is Elizabeth’s focus these days; she is steering away from doing individual personal readings, so we will not be booking these. Either Saturday afternoon or Saturday evening she will do a group channeling, where we can bring our own question and get answers to benefit everyone. The energy of these gatherings is potent and powerful and you can be sure you’ll gain from attending, on many levels. There will be a charge for this event of $25 for members and $35 for non-members. We may need to limit attendance at these group channelings, so sign up at or at the meeting, if there’s space still available.
I had an interesting experience last year with Elizabeth personally that I’ll share here, as it may reveal for you one aspect of her abilities. Skip this bit if it doesn’t interest you.
It was the last day of the 2007 convention, and I had two passes to take the chair lift up Lincoln Peak, at Sugarbush Resort. My inner voice kept telling me to take Elizabeth up there, so I waited around until she got out of her last channeling session at the Spa Corner, and made the suggestion to her. She accepted eagerly. Well, it turned out, she had never ridden a chairlift before! After about five minutes she eased up on her deathgrip on the bars and really enjoyed the ride. It was spectacular; the view went on forever, the colors of green and blue stretching into infinity (even New Hampshire).
At the top, I told her that I needed a little time because I wanted to get
acquainted with the deva of that peak. In actual fact, I wanted to learn to
channel its frequency. We wandered around till we found a beautiful outcropping
of bright white quartz, where we parked ourselves and settled in to enjoy
the sunshine and the wonderful mountaintop energy. I did the 10-minute meditation
routine that is required to accomplish my task, while Elizabeth hung out.
Eventually it worked and I started to slowly channel the deva of Lincoln Peak.
It got stronger and stronger. “I’ve got it!” I said to Elizabeth,
delighted. “Do you want to feel it?”
“Sure,” she responded. I put my hands on the front and back of
her heart chakra and let the energy flow through. She sighed a sigh of pleasure
and took it in.
“What is my aura doing?” I asked her, curious as to what she would
see.
“Turquoise,” she answered immediately. “There’s just
waves of turquoise everywhere, teal, it’s beautiful.” It was an
incredible feeling, being there with this amazing frequency running through
us, in the sunshine. A great way to end the convention, I thought.
Then another idea occurred to me. “Hey, Elizabeth,” I said,
“Can I channel a couple of my angelic energies and we can see what my
aura does?” She readily agreed. This time I sat cross-legged, facing
her with my palms up. I channeled the Love energy.
“Oh, pink pink pink pink pink!” she said. “There’s
pink everywhere, a nice rich creamy pepto-bismal kind of pink. It’s
beautiful.”
Then I went to Abundance. “Oh!” she exclaimed. “There’s
a beautiful green around the sides, but streaks of green and white and gold
and silver are shooting down, it’s amazing!”
I got a wickedly wonderful idea, and I switched to my Ishtar energy. “This
is Ishtar,” I told her.
“What’s Ishtar?” she queried. I was curious as to what she’d
see. I didn’t have to wait long. “Who’s that goddess?”
she blurted. “She’s all golden, and she’s huge!” I
started laughing. Elizabeth continued, “She’s all gold, and she’s
got armbands on. She’s got a sword and a shield and she’s beautiful!
Who is she?”
“That’s Ishtar,” I told her.
“Who’s Ishtar?” Elizabeth asked.
“I’ll tell you in a minute,” I said. “But let’s
do just one more first. This is Healing.” She was quiet for a minute
as I channeled Healing.
“It’s incredible,” she said. “There’s green
all around you, but there’s this incredible gold energy pouring out
of your crown chakra, and out of your heart. It’s pouring out of your
hands, and when you speak, gold comes out of your mouth. It moves in and out
with your breath.”
Needless to say, it was thrilling for me to hear someone tell me that they
can see in my energy field what I’m feeling when I channel. I stopped
channeling, and she said, “So, who’s Ishtar?” I laughed
as I told her, “You nailed it, Elizabeth! You saw her exactly! Ishtar
was a Babylonian deity. Her keywords are Strength, Power and Passion. She’s
the warrior aspect of the Goddess archetype. She fights for righteousness,
and is the champion of the underdog. Ishtar is one of my guides.”
“I guess she is,” Elizabeth smiled. “I’m glad to make
her acquaintance!”
And there’s my little illustration of experiencing Elizabeth’s
psychic sight in a unique way.

Dowsing practice is at 9:30—Marna will have a special crystal grid laid out for experimentation and dowsing, using her personal crystals. The business meeting is at 10:00, and Elizabeth will start about 10:30. Remember, the potluck will commence around noon, and the more, the merrier. If you can, bring a favorite dish or beverage to share and earn the deep appreciation of hungry dowsers!
